Water Research Bhutan is an informal scientific society focusing on the promotion of research & management of water in Bhutan. The group was started in August 2021, & has a current membership of scientists, managers, engineers, teachers & university students, as well as international members. The group strives to advance freshwater science by fostering the interdisciplinary exchange of scientific information among professionals, practitioners, and the public.

We will be publishing a monthly technical article exploring solutions to issues related to freshwater and associated ecosystems, biodiversity and hydrogeology within the geographical boundary of Bhutan.
